合山镇是广东省阳江市阳东区下辖的镇，位于阳东区东北部，距阳江市区约20公里。全镇辖区面积约98平方千米，第七次全国人口普查结果显示常住人口为5.26万人。325国道与广湛高速公路穿过全镇，镇内的名胜有东华钟氏大宗祠、谭甫夫妇墓和阳江温泉度假村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，合山镇始建于北宋年间，约在960年至1127年之间。清末，其地分属阳江县长乐乡乔马都与平乐乡北惯都。民国初年归第三区，1937年转入第二区，1953年5月起此地成为第五区的辖地。[3]

1957年2月撤区，并入乡制，改称合山乡。1958年11月，合山乡与北惯乡合为幸福公社；同年12月又称合山公社，1959年10月北惯单独设公社。1961年5月改设合山区，辖合山、那龙、田畔、北惯和那石五个公社；1963年撤区，分为合山与北惯两个公社。1979年分出田畔公社；1983年11月，公社体制改为合山区；1987年2月，合山区又改设为镇。[3]

1988年至1991年上半年，镇归阳江市阳东区管辖，1991年7月转属阳东县。[3]

地名由来[edit]

镇名的来历，博雅地名网载有一则传说：镇的东北部古时有两座相连的神山，被视为一雌一雄两条鳌鱼所化。山体时分时合，相合时上游便会发洪水。后人在此修建文笔塔，将一条鳌鱼钉住，两山自此不再合拢，乡民得以平安，地名也由此而来。[1]

据博雅地名网《合山镇概况》，镇区距阳江市区约20公里，距市民航机场约1.5公里，距沿海高速公路出入口约15公里，距阳江港码头约35公里。325国道与广湛高速公路贯穿全镇，是珠三角地区往粤西、海南与广西的主要通道之一。[2]

据博雅地名网《合山镇概况》（页面未注明年份），镇内工业企业约300家。针织机械、家具制造、化工、香料生产与针织加工构成支柱产业；食品、印刷、制衣、五金与钢材批发等行业亦有发展，产品销往国内外。农业方面，镇内有果园和种养基地，第三产业则以阳江温泉度假村为龙头。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2014年7月，合山镇被住房和城乡建设部等七部委确定为全国重点镇。2020年9月、2021年10月与2022年10月，阿里研究院公布的淘宝镇名单均有合山镇。2023年4月，合山镇列入「2022年广东省乡村治理示范镇」创建单位名单。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

东华钟氏大宗祠位于镇内，属「阳东区文物保护单位」，保护范围为11384.12平方米，划定方式是从文物本体外缘向外扩展30米。[4]

谭甫夫妇墓位于热水新村东南的虎乸山，为两穴合葬的夫妻墓，两穴之间相隔2.5米。墓碑刻有道光二十年（1840年）重修的字样。墓主谭甫是元初的名医，曾被荐擢为保章御医，授迪功郎，后卒于任上。[6]

阳江温泉度假村位于325国道旁，据百度百科，由「东莞市雁田企业发展公司」投资建成，地块约2000余亩，设有五星级温泉假日酒店、露天温泉康体中心与国际标准高尔夫球会，2008年获评全国「十佳温泉」与「最佳温泉度假酒店」。自2020年起，度假村因经营问题关停，之后几次拍卖都未成交。博雅地名网则记占地约45万平方米，常年水温75℃，百度百科记出水温度为82℃。[5][7]
