海胜渔委会是广东省阳江市阳东区东平镇下辖的行政村，属镇中心区。村名取出海捕捞满载而归之意。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1954年，此地先是互助组，名为东平胜利社。1957年11月，胜利社连同另两个社合为海胜合作社。1958年公社化后，它与红旗、东方红两个合作社合编为东方红大队；1961年3月分出海胜大队。[2]

1964年，海胜大队改称海圣大队；1965年末，海圣与红旗大队合并。1983年5月，海圣与红旗各设一个渔业管理区。1986年，海圣改名为海胜，称渔业管理区；渔委会于1987年设立。[2]
