瓦北村是广东省阳江市阳东区东平镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的东北面。2019年12月，瓦北村被列入「第一批国家森林乡村」名单，同月还被认定为全国乡村治理示范村；2025年3月，被命名为「第七届全国文明村镇」。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
民国末年，此地属台山县第十五区三江乡第五保，1949年仍属台山县，1955年划归阳江县三区海口乡。1961年并入三山公社的海蓢大队。1987年，瓦北从东平镇海蓢村委会分出，设瓦北村民委员会。[1]
1999年4月23日，瓦北村民委员会设立，沿用至今。1989年7月，此地曾称瓦北管理区办事处。[1]
