华龙村是广东省阳江市江城区中洲街道下辖的行政村，属村庄（城乡分类代码220）。[1]村名的来历是相传此地原为大海，海底有一排从南向北蜿蜒的巨石，形状如游动的龙。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明万历年间（1573年至1620年），冯氏兄弟朝亨、朝惠由海陵岛丹济村迁来建村。朝亨一支居于上华龙，朝惠一支居于下华龙，两处各自繁衍。[2]1949年，此地设华龙行政村，归一区西北乡，1953年改属一区华临乡。[2]1958年公社化初期称华龙管理区，属超美人民公社；1983年设华龙乡，1987年改为村委会，1999年4月复设华龙村委会，2006年8月31日改属中洲街道。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2023年4月，华龙村列入「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单。[1]
