历史沿革[edit]
明末年间，阮屋寨、李屋寨、垌心村、碧桥与下坎五个自然村合并设立碧桥村。[2]新中国成立后，此地设碧桥行政村，归一区西北乡，1953年改属一区潭碧乡。[2]1958年公社化初期，此地称碧桥管理区，属超美人民公社；1983年设碧桥乡，1987年改为村委会，1999年4月复设碧桥村委会。[2]2006年8月31日，改属中洲街道。[2]
