观光社区是江城区南恩街道下辖的社区，位于主城区，南恩街道办事处设在该社区。[1]
社区名称的来历是：宋淳熙年间，南恩太守为赴考的举子韦君载送行到此地，祝他“当观光上国”。韦君后来及第，此地便被命名为“观光”。[1]
2019年9月，社区被收入2018年度广东省民主法治示范创建名单。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1959年4月，观光村委会成立，隶属岗列人民公社。1982年，它转入江城镇；次年又成为江城镇七区街道办事处的辖地。[1]
阳江建市分县后，1988年7月17日起此地属江城区观光街道，同年11月30日设立观光社区居委会。2006年8月31日，区划调整后并入南恩街道。[1]
