文径村隶属东源县叶潭镇，是镇下辖的一个行政村。村名沿用了旧时能溪乡文径学校的名称，据博雅地名网所载。[1]
2019年10月，本村列入「2019年广东省卫生村」名录。[1]
据百度百科所载镇条目，村内的古建筑光裕堂为市级文物保护单位。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1951年此地属第九区（黄村）的文径乡，1957年为叶潭乡的文径小乡，1958年改称文径大队，1983年设文径乡，1987年改为文径管理区。1999年，东源县政府同意设立文径村委会，此名延续至今。[1]
