地名由来[edit]

村中一处水池终年喷水，起初取名玉壶，后改为玉湖，村名由此而定。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年为玉湖大队，1983年为玉湖乡，1987年为玉湖管理区，1999年改设玉湖村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年10月，玉湖村入选「2019年广东省卫生村」名录。[1]
