隆周村在彭寨镇境内，为和平县的一个行政村。村民多姓周，村名取兴隆之意，据博雅地名网。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前，此地为隆周乡公社；解放后改称隆周大队。1987年，田周与隆周并为一处，设隆周乡政府，1999年改设村民委员会。[2]

隆周村的赤黎坑杉窝里一带，1948年曾成立高山乡人民政府，其遗址现存于该处。[4]

文化[edit]

隆周村于2024年3月获评「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
