细中村在彭寨镇境内，为和平县的一个行政村。村名由细坑、中心屋两地各取一字合成，因为解放后原有的细坑楼、百子屋、田心楼、中心屋四处合为一村，细坑与中心屋合称细中。据博雅地名网。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1946年，铁长坑与西山下两地合为西长乡。1958年设人民公社，西长乡随之改为西长生产大队；1961年又分出西长、细中、梅连三个大队，细中居中，因此名之。2004年，梅连与细中合为一村，即细中村。[2]

文化[edit]

细中村于2024年3月获评「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
