彭寨镇在广东省河源市和平县东南部，距县城约24千米，东邻古寨镇、贝墩镇和龙川县，南接林寨镇、东水镇，西与公白镇、阳明镇相连，北与优胜镇接界。全镇辖27个村委会和5个居委会（和平县人民政府，2026年5月）；博雅地名网载其辖区面积为188.7平方千米，所列社区为4个。[1][2]

彭寨镇是和平县仅次于阳明镇的第二大中心镇，同时属于广东省中心镇和全国重点镇。镇域多丘陵山地，出产林木、优质大米、松脂和高山茶油，并有稀土矿、石灰石和温泉等资源。[2][6]

历史沿革[edit]

在明正德十三年至清光绪二年（1518年至1876年）间，这一带隶属和平县分设的四图之中的仁义图，图内有彭镇、村镇、马塘、东水、杨洞、粮溪等地。清代后期，县城设总局统管，下分8个分局，彭寨是其一（光绪三年，即1877年起）。[3]

民国十年，和平县改划为33个保卫团区，彭寨与安坳各为一区。民国三十年（1941年）乡镇重编，彭寨独立成乡。1958年10月乡镇撤并，成立彭寨等5个人民公社，1959年四联公社一分为二，划出贝墩公社，1963年彭寨公社再分出粮溪公社。[3][11]

1987年撤区建镇，彭寨成为镇，安坳则设为乡；1994年，安坳在内的10个乡改为镇。2003年6月，安坳镇并入彭寨，镇名仍用彭寨。[3]

据博雅地名网，镇名的来历是：这里处在华表、公和、长岭等圩的中心，居民集中，早先称彭大镇，后改称彭寨镇。[2]

镇内以水稻为主要粮食作物，经济作物包括高山油茶、高山脐橙和百香果。镇里有若干针织厂和小型电子加工厂，其中一家手袋厂属珠三角产业转移项目（维基百科）。[1][6]

文化[edit]

彭寨镇于2014年7月被确定为全国重点镇。2022年10月，广东省农业农村厅在「一村一品、一镇一业」专业镇名单中认定彭寨，产业为丝苗米。2026年5月，彭寨进入「广东省第一批开展现代化建设的中心镇」之列。[2]

彭镇村墩头自然村的织布技艺称「墩头蓝」，据百度百科，2015年列为广东省级非物质文化遗产项目。其染料取自大青叶，织布史可上溯至明清时期。墩头村于2016年10月列入「第五批广东省古村落」名单。[8][9][10]

名胜古迹[edit]

华表塔位于墩头村华表自然村，原名黄猄社塔。据百度百科，明嘉靖年间（1522年至1566年）村民凑资建成，塔身五层六角，形似楼阁式佛塔，通高17米；清乾隆六年与民国二十六年曾两次重修。1955年它成为和平县首个文物保护单位，1989年6月获广东省人民政府公布为省级文物保护单位。维基百科则记其认定于1983年8月，为县级文物保护单位，两种记载并存。[4][5][7]

梅园书屋在墩头村敦厚围内，据博雅地名网，明代由墩头村曾氏创办，兼具书院教学与纺织作坊的功能。清乾隆、嘉庆年间，曾克常（号梅园）在此主教，书屋由此得名，后被广东学政追赞为「东江第一儒林」。[4][9]

奇袭彭寨乡公所旧址在彭寨老街。1947年5月23日赶集日，游击队员假扮百姓混入街上人群，攻入国民党彭寨乡公所。[4]

高山乡人民政府遗址位于隆周村赤黎坑杉窝里，原为梁姓民房。1948年农历正月二十八日，高山乡人民政府在此宣告成立；全国解放后，乡政府迁往彭寨镇政府所在地。[4]

聚史乡革命烈士纪念碑立于聚史村的和尚山，在聚史小学南面。该碑1984年动工，1986年12月重修扩建。抗战与解放战争期间，聚史一带牺牲的革命烈士有11人。[4]

粤赣边支队交通站旧址在群联村瓦屋自然村，原为肖氏祠堂。解放战争中，梁水娣（人称肖母）和三个儿子都投身革命，祠堂成为游击队的隐蔽处和交通站。[4]

中共四联中学支部旧址在彭中村黄土岭。四联中学创办于1940年春，当年即设党小组，1941年7月组建中共四联中学总支部。2002年1月，县里把旧址定为爱国教育基地，并列入文物保护单位名录。[4]
