黄花村是连平县忠信镇下辖的行政村。村中黄姓人口占九成以上，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初此地属青山乡。1968年青山乡被分为曲塘、东风两个大队；1976年东风大队自曲塘析出；1983年东风大队撤销，改设黄花乡。1988年改设黄花管理区，1999年成立村委会。[1]

2024年3月，黄花村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
