蒲田村是陂头镇下辖的行政村，属村庄类城乡分类。境内蒲洞、陈蓝李、嶂背、坪田四处自然村连成一片，村名取蒲洞、坪田两村各一字而成。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年7月，贵东获得解放，当地设军事管辖委员会；之后划为乡，称贵东乡。1999年起设蒲田村委会。[1]
文化[edit]
村中有香火龙习俗，据镇政府网站，距今已有400多年。早年每年初二、初四、初六，全村男女都会参与。[2]
2024年3月，本村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。2019年9月，本村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
