细坳镇是广东省河源市龙川县下辖的镇，位于县境北部的山区，北面与江西省定南县接壤，西面隔东江与和平县相望，处于粤赣两省的边境交界地带。[1][3]全镇设1个社区、12个行政村，百度百科载2019年末户籍人口23135人。[1][2]镇内山林茂密，森林覆盖率居全县之首。[3]土地革命时期，这里的群众为中央苏区运送食盐，境内至今留有食盐仓储和中转旧址。[8][10][12]

历史沿革[edit]

「细坳」之名取自地形。博雅地名网称全镇是典型的「九山半水半分田」粤北山区镇，镇域两侧为山，地处山中，形状细长，像一道山坳。[3]

民国初年，此地隶属百齐约，之后改设细坳乡。新中国成立后，先归贝岭区管辖，1958年随之并入贝岭人民公社。1961年5月另立细坳公社；1983年组建细坳区，至1987年区建制取消，改为镇。[3]

土地革命时期，细坳一带是食盐进入赣南苏区的通道之一。据统计，当时龙川贝岭一带每天约有上百担食盐分四路秘密运往赣南，其中一路从细坳、和平等处出发。[8]镇内小参村的送盐队、仓储旧址和中转站即与此相关，见小参村条目。[10][12]

地理环境[edit]

细坳镇属高寒山区，群山起伏，野猪嶂海拔约1300米，是全县第二高峰。金石嶂、珠氓嶂、火星嶂、仙居洞等山峰也散布于境内。[4]

全镇约有山林24.6万亩、耕地1.16万亩，森林覆盖率达86.28%，在全县各镇中名列第一，是木材与毛竹的主要产区。树种以松、杉、柯、桐、樟为多，另有香樟、水罗杉、红绸木等受保护的珍贵树种。[4]

矿产有金、铁、水晶、稀土、银、麻石、锡铁等。水力资源可开发一万多千瓦，境内建有大小水电站12座。这些数字均出自博雅地名网，未注明统计年份。[4]

生态绿化[edit]

去年，镇里在绿化上投入二百六十余万元，种下各类苗木一万三千株左右，新增绿地约十七公顷，并建成棉被岗樱花景观带与河边绿美路等处。[5]

百度百科记2016年全镇地区生产总值为22556.3万元，户籍人口则以2019年末为准，为23135人。博雅地名网则称全镇约有2.1万人，辖区面积约143平方千米，百度百科作144.05平方千米。两家的年份与口径不同，故并存于此。[1][3]

2025年的村级集体经济，经营性收入为217.84万元，连同其他来源，收入总额为345.41万元，经营性部分占六成有余。镇政府的年度工作总结列出的特色产业有毛竹林下经济、蝉蛹与蝉花、香菇、「凹峰」茶叶、猕猴桃、脐橙、梅花鹿和仿野生灵芝，其中仿野生灵芝种植约250亩，产值约240万元。[5]

百度百科称细坳镇是河源市的毛竹专业镇，镇内的竹木雕刻工艺已列入龙川县非物质文化遗产名录。[1]

镇村布局[edit]

《龙川县细坳镇国土空间总体规划（2021—2035年）》批后公告于2026年7月发布，规划的镇村体系分为三级：镇区即细坳社区，中心村为半径村、小参村和贵湖村，其余行政村为一般村。[6]

规划在镇中心区布置产业服务、旅游服务与综合服务三项核心，依托细坳社区和细坳村建设。全镇还划出三片功能区：北部以细坳村、小参村、半径村一带为城乡统筹片，西南的黄龙村与张田村一带为滨水休闲旅游片，东南的大河村、楠木村、贵湖村一带为生态涵养片。[6]

文化[edit]

镇政府的工作总结将发展定位概括为「红色故里，东江绿源；竹海蝉鸣，森林氧吧」，并以名为「蝉宝」的形象开展文化品牌建设，2025年完成了形象的系列设计，并在圩镇入口与主干道绘制文化墙。[5]

博雅地名网列出镇内的民俗文化有龙川手擎木偶戏、金狮狮头制作技艺和龙川杂技。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

博雅地名网将中央苏区运输食盐仓储旧址、粤赣苏区食盐储运中转站（二者均在小参村）和永安革命烈士纪念碑（在永安村）列为镇内的主要红色景点。[10][12][11]

粤赣苏区食盐储运中转站被列入河源市第四批文物保护单位，博雅地名网将其定为清代建筑，文保类别归于近现代重要史迹及代表性建筑之列。[9][12]

镇内的自然景观以野猪嶂、金石嶂等山峰为主，林海与山泉是主要的游览资源。[4]

著名人物[edit]

李云山是小参村人，早年在广州读书，受大革命风潮影响，回乡后组织小参农民协会，继而与李绍文等人联络安远红军，组织送盐队，为苏区运送食盐。[7][10]
