花井村是龙母镇下辖的行政村。新中国成立前此地称“小黄花”；1950年与珠塘的黄花井并乡，改名花井。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

至1958年冬，花井一带属龙母乡下的花井管区；1958年后成为龙母公社的花井大队，1983年起改为区公所的花井乡。1987年设村委会，1989年改称镇属管理区，1999年重设村民委员会。[1]
