黄沙阁村是四都镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域内，与新川村、新四村、新龙村相邻。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村子原先满山梧桐，楼阁隐在树荫里，故称「桐山阁」。水灾之后梧桐毁于一旦，田地又被黄沙掩埋，于是改称黄沙阁。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清朝年间称「桐山阁」，新中国成立前属义都一带。1962年划入四都公社，随即设大队，更名黄沙阁。1984年12月大队改为乡人民政府，1986年冬撤乡换成村委会，此后于1989年10月成为管理区，1999年复设村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

村内一家种养农民专业合作社的红橙项目，列入「一村一品」项目。[2]

地位[edit]

2023年公示的国土空间规划将黄沙阁村列为中心村，与新龙村同级。[3]
