四都镇是广东省河源市龙川县下辖的镇，位于县境西南部、东江上游沿岸，距龙川县城16公里。全镇辖一个社区（四都社区）和八个行政村，地势属丘陵，以油茶、柿子和水稻为主要农产，「油茶之乡」「柿都」是当地的两项称号。[1][4]

镇名源自一则传说：秦末龙川县令赵佗让兄弟分驻四方，这里居北，排为四都。镇内的革命历史遗存较多，东江畔的金龟山与牙山嶂的笔架山是主要的自然景点。[4][8][9]

历史沿革[edit]

明代，这一带属龙川县的宁仁都，清代则设有四都堡。民国年间改设四都乡，划在龙川县第二区之内，区治设于老隆。新中国成立后，四都乡人民政府于1949年夏季成立。[5]

大乡在1952年被拆成五个小乡，村名里的新龙、新川、新四、新都就来自其中的几个小乡。到了1958年春天，小乡又并回大乡，乡名未变；同年10月起这里归老隆公社管辖。1959年夏天转入丰稔公社，1962年春天才从丰稔分出，另设四都公社。[5]

社改区发生在1983年秋末，区改镇则在1987年春，四都镇由此而来，一直沿用到今天。[5]

地理环境[edit]

镇域为丘陵地形，东江流经全镇，京九铁路也穿过镇域，东面与丰稔镇相接，南面与老隆、义都相邻，西面与和平县东水镇接壤，北面与黄石、黎咀交界。[1][6]

镇域面积的数字有两个：2021年县政府门户网站的一篇稿件作80.57平方千米，2023年公示的国土空间总体规划作77.36平方千米。规划的数字较新，本条目取其为准。[1][3]

人口民族[edit]

截至2020年底，全镇共有户籍6345户，户籍总人口20685人。[1]

经济[edit]

油茶是镇里最主要的产业，油茶在当地已有数百年的种植历史。据2021年的报道，全镇油茶种植面积约两万亩，年产值七千余万元，参与种植的农户过千户；博雅地名网则作油茶生产基地2.3万亩，年产茶油一百多吨。[1][4]

柿子也是重要的农产，博雅地名网载柿子生产基地约一万亩，年产柿饼五百多吨，茶油和柿饼历来销往香港、澳门及东南亚。[4]

2020年人均可支配收入为10057.91元，五年间增长33.52%。同年，新四、新龙两个省定贫困村出列，全镇276户贫困户也都脱了贫。[1]

镇里推行「一村一品」项目，黄沙阁村的红橙种养合作社与新四村的柑橘合作社先后列入项目。[1]

人居环境整治方面，到2020年底，八成以上的行政村已达到干净整洁标准，四成以上达到美丽宜居标准，村庄保洁已全覆盖。[1] 2023年广东省卫生乡镇的称号于2024年3月授予四都镇。[4]

2023年公示的国土空间规划把全镇村庄分为三级：镇区为四都村，中心村为黄沙阁村与新龙村，其余为新川、新四、上榴、下榴、福光五个一般村。[3]

乡村振兴示范带方面，「东江水韵」示范带全长约15公里，起点在丰稔镇的丰联村，沿东江向西南延伸至镇内的四都村，途经新龙村、福光村与四都圩镇。[7] 2025年镇工作计划列出的项目包括东江湿地公园（星空营地）的文旅发展、「渔光互补」、福光村的东江航运文化馆，以及一处名为崖坡花园的项目，另有一家养牛基地在建。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

金龟山位于镇南端的东江畔，距龙川县城约7千米。相传赵佗曾登上此山，在山上写下「金龟回江」四字，后人在山顶建起小庙。[8]

笔架山位于牙山嶂一带，山形分五峰，远看似笔架。[9]

镇内的革命旧址中，「中共龙川县四都第一支部成立旧址」设在华光庙内。[1] 此外，「龙川县爱国主义教育基地」的牙山嶂革命烈士纪念碑也在镇域内，另有三公庙与奇山八斗米寨两处遗迹。[1] 土地革命和抗日战争时期，四都曾创建牙沙嶂革命根据地，建立工农政权。[1]
