松洋村是广东省河源市龙川县黄布镇下辖的行政村，城乡分类属村庄，与黄布社区、新布村、欧江村等村相邻。村名取自旧时本地两个土名中间的一个字，两个土名为高松树与湖洋囲。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前，松洋、黄江、宦境一带同属岌江乡，松洋分为一保、二保。1953年改行小乡制，一、二两村并为一个乡。1958年设松洋大队，1983年改为松洋乡；此后1987年起称村委会，1989年划为松洋管区，1999年重设村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，松洋村进入省里2018年民主法治示范创建名册。[1]

建设[edit]

金鱼河13公里河道整治项目中，松洋村及圩镇段的一河两岸风貌提升工程已经完成，内容包括河道清理、新建人行步道、景观提升、栏杆和植树绿化。[2]

镇政府2024年工作计划提出，要推进松洋村公路“单改双”工程，改善周边村民的出行条件。[2]
