河布村是鹤市镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的政治、文化、交通与集市中心地段，城乡交错，人口流动量大。[1][2]该村近年在苗木产业、乡村技艺培训和基层服务上多有探索，是镇里的省级典型村。[3][4]

名称与沿革[edit]

村后有一座山岗，早年山上多生荷树；冬季霜雪覆盖山头，远望如同一匹白布，村名由此而来。[2]

1953年设立河布乡，此后历经大队、乡政府等变动，1986年改为村委会，1999年定为现行建制。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，河布村列入2018年「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2021年9月，该村又入选同类名单。[2][1]

2024年4月，河布村列入「广东省第一批乡村振兴示范村」创建名单，同年获评「广东省森林乡村」。[2][1]镇政府的总结称，该村先后获得「广东省乡村治理示范村」「广东省乡村振兴示范村」「广东省森林乡村」和「绿美广东生态建设先进集体」等荣誉。[3]

产业与集体经济[edit]

村里依托本村苗圃，推行“强村公司+绿美”模式，建成约50亩苗圃基地，培育桂花、沉香等苗木超过三万棵。据百度百科，村集体经济收入由2023年的37.4万元增至2024年超过80万元，带动分红32万元，提供约50个就业岗位。[1][4]

2024年，镇政府向该村的苗圃下了一笔约80万元的采购合同，此外另有两笔合计约12万元的苗木订单。[4]

2025年，村里的乡村技艺研习所组织了培训，内容涵盖「百千万工程」、乡村绿化、农村电商等主题，共开办7场，受训者278人次；课题还包括绿化培育、水果种植、花卉和林下经济。[3]

基层服务与设施[edit]

2025年，河布村党群服务中心组建了“智联帮办代办小分队”，由村“两委”干部、返乡大学生和本地志愿者组成，帮代办事项覆盖48项，建立以来累计服务261人次。[3]

2023年，河布村推行积分制管理，建立了村级事务公开清单，并达到美丽宜居村标准。[5]2024年，村内新建了农村生活污水处理设施。[4]
