水上新村社区是广东省河源市龙川县老隆镇辖下的社区居民委员会，建在东江边，因老隆镇与附城镇合并后新设而称新村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2010年城镇合并后设立，名称沿用至今。[1]

2019年9月，水上新村社区名列「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位；2025年3月获评「2025年度河源市绿色社区」。[1]
