雅布村是紫金县水墩镇的一个行政村，村名原为“雅富洋”；后来人口增长较快，借用“龙子布”地名中的“布”字，改称雅布。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

最初是龙窝公社的雅布大队（1958年），1961年随水墩公社另立。之后乡、村委会、管理区的称呼轮换了一轮，1999年起固定为雅布村委会。[1]

该村以茶叶为主业，2020年8月入选广东省农业农村厅公布的首批“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村；河源市文明委在2021年1月授予它“2020年度河源市文明村”。[1]
