段布村是紫金县水墩镇的一个行政村，原写作“塅布”。1987年自秋溪大队分出，辖牛石坑、塅布两个自然村，村名因塅布村旁有一片田塅。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年归龙窝人民公社秋溪大队；1961年自秋溪分出塅布大队，1963年又并回；1983年设秋溪乡，至1987年再次分出，设塅布村委会；1989年称管理区，1999年重设村委会。2006年6月5日，紫金县民政局批复，村名改作“段布”。[1][2]

2023年5月，广东省爱卫会授予该村2022年度广东省卫生村称号。[1]
