胜利村是河源市江东新区城东街道辖下的行政村，属城乡结合区。[1]村名取庆祝全国解放胜利之意。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

胜利村的前身是1949年梧桐乡的胜利连队，1958年为胜利大队，1983年为胜利乡。1988年设村委会，隶东埔镇；1990年改称管理区；1997年转归源南镇；1999年撤销管理区，恢复村委会，沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，村被列入广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位，该批名单为2018年度；2025年5月，又入选全国示范性老年友好型社区的创建名单（2025至2026年度）。[1]

经济[edit]

城市起步区开发中，胜利村的旧屋被征收，村民迁入胜利花园安置小区。[2]村集体股份公司盘活留用地和安置房门店，2020年村民人均分红约1000元，计划三年内提高到8000元。[2]贵龙寨、紫金桥头等片区的开发也在村域一带推进。[2]
