新陂社区隶属河源市源城区高埔岗街道，前身是新陂作业区，被博雅地名网称为街道的商业与文化中心区域。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年这里是新陂作业区。成立社区的时间，博雅地名网简介写2013年改制，沿革栏则写2014年设新陂居委会，二者不一致；“新陂”之名都是从作业区沿用。[1]

概况[edit]

社区约2平方千米，东面是新作塘社区，西面挨着巴伐利亚庄园，向北可达客天下·水晶温泉度假区，向南止于龙岭工业园。[1]常住约8000人，户籍1871人，设新陂小组和直属小组。[1]辖区设有卫生院、九年义务教育公办学校、中心幼儿园、银行及市场。[1]

2015年，社区创建成“幸福社区”。[1]
