丰源社区是河源市东埔街道的一个社区，1995年广东省政府在这里设置东源县新丰江水库“两缺”移民的外迁安置点，社区主要管辖安置点丰源新村，取“丰源”为名。[1] 2001年经源城区人民政府批准设立为社区。[1]

地理与人口[edit]

社区坐落在高塘村的地界上，总面积约43.8万平方米，分9个居民小组；205国道在其东，百子园大道在其西，西环路在其北。[1] 总人口约1.3万，包括户籍约4900人、常住约7100人和流动人口约1000人。[1]

荣誉[edit]

丰源社区在2019年9月进入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单，2024年1月又获确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]
