龙岭村在行政上归广东省汕尾市陆丰市南塘镇管辖，是镇内24个行政村委会之一[1]。2024年3月，村名列入「2023年广东省卫生村」之列[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1975年，龙岭自潭头大队析出，另立龙岭大队，隶东桥公社；1983年东桥公社撤销，划归南塘区；1987年设村民委员会，隶南塘镇；1994年改称管理区，1999年复称村委会，沿用至今。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

据博雅地名网所载的村情，龙岭村在南塘镇西侧，较偏僻，共5个村民小组，438户，2800余人，耕地2170亩，水田700亩，该页称其以农业为主，经济落后[1]。
