上林村是汕尾市陆丰市碣石镇的行政村，据博雅地名网，明崇祯年间陆姓先祖从福建迁来建村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1980年的上林大队下辖5个自然村：西湖、赤坎头、后埔、西陂林和上林本村。1988年定名上林管理区；后埔、赤坎头、西湖三村其后划出，另成后埔村委会。1999年改为上林村委会。[1]后埔村的页面则说后埔是1980年春从上林大队分出的，两处年份不一。[3]
