联川村在联安镇西侧，与梅陇镇毗邻，距镇政府约8公里，下辖石塘、夏阳、记处埔、田中央、西湖5个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1952年于十区设联川乡，次年归渡头区；1957年它是联安乡的联川大队，翌年随联安公社。1984年称乡，1987年设村委会，1989年称管理区办事处，1998年恢复村委会。[2]

人口与经济[edit]

全村占地约6平方千米，户数663，登记人口3280，其中长住的512人以上；耕地2716亩、生态林3950亩、鱼塭230亩。[1]农副产品有荔枝、龙眼。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月公布的2018年度“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建名单里有它；省农业农村厅2020年8月公布的首批“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村名单中，该村的项目是水稻；省乡村振兴局2022年1月把该村定为2021年度乡村治理示范村创建单位；省爱卫会评定的2022年度广东省卫生村名单（2023年5月）中有该村。[2]
