双涵村在梅州市兴宁市叶塘镇境内，是镇属的行政村。[1]

名称与沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，明代黄姓先祖选了有两个涵洞的地方建祠堂，村因此得名。[1]

1961至1978年，黄竹、下中、双涵同属一个管理区；下中在1978年独立，双涵在1987年独立；1999年改称村民委员会。2004年11月叶南镇撤销后，双涵村归叶塘镇管辖。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位的名单于2019年9月公布，该村在列。[1]
