名称与沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，据传三百多年前村里的河中建了一座大水陂，村在陂下，故名。[1]

1949年建国初为陂下村农会，1950至1957年改称大队；1963年起设陂下乡，至1986年；此后叫管理区，1999年定为村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位的名单于2019年9月公布，该村在列。[1]
