名称与沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，传说古时洋陂河涨大水，河上的木桥全被冲走，只剩一座石桥，附近一带便叫留桥。[1]
1951年为留桥乡；1958年属叶塘公社留桥大队；1978年划入胜青公社；1983年为叶塘区留桥乡；1987年成叶塘镇留桥村；1989年起称管理区，此名沿用至今。[1]
