名称与沿革[edit]
此地原有一道山坑，坑中木炭窑和砖瓦窑不少，居民多以烧砖烧瓦为业。“窑”与“陶”读音相近，便称陶坑。[1]
1949年起依次为村农会、大队（1950至1957年）、乡（1963至1986年）、管理区（1986年后），1999年称陶坑村委会。[1]
2019年9月，陶坑村列入省「民主法治示范村（社区）」2018年度创建单位名单。[1]
