丝新村是广东省梅州市兴宁市宁中镇下辖的行政村。[1]人民公社时期从丝光分出另立，取“丝光”的“丝”再加一个“新”字，称丝新。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

丝新原是丝光大队的一部分（1952年间的情形）。1978年后单独成队，1983至1986年一度并入丝光乡；1987年重新划出称村，1989年起为管理区，1999年定名丝新村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

丝新村属于广东省爱国卫生运动委员会2017年10月评出的第一批省卫生村。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

龙光围又名下走马岗罗屋，是村里的客家围龙屋；兴宁市政府2015年12月2日将它列入第三批“兴宁市特色古民居”，梅州市政府2016年6月29日又定为第四批市级文物保护单位。[1][2]
