大光村是蕉岭县蓝坊镇的行政村，村内的缵椿庄是梅州市文物保护单位。[1][2]

地名来历[edit]

1952年，大坑尾村与光华村合并，各取首字，称大光村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

公社时期先属梅县白渡公社，1973年转高思公社。1983年，红光、大光、载楼三个大队合并，成立大光乡；后改设村委会，一度叫管理区，1998年起称村委会。2003年高思镇撤销，大光随之划归蓝坊镇。[1]

经济[edit]

村情介绍分33个村民小组，在册432户、1582人，耕地约548亩，主要作物为粉蕉和百香果；上一年村经济总收入683万元。2019年9月，该村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

缵椿庄在花树下，由旅居印度尼西亚的华侨汤少岩兄弟三人于1926年所建，两堂三横的围屋，共70间房，占地约2250平方米，2014年列为梅州市文物保护单位。[2][3]
