历史沿革[edit]
当地历史上箭竹较多，公社化时因此取名箭竹大队[1]。村由廖氏祖先最早在此居住；1978年以前是箭竹大队，管理区之称始于1986年，1999年改称村村民委员会[1]。
经济[edit]
据博雅地名网，全村在册175户、994人，总面积15.3平方千米，耕地264亩，主要经济作物是茶[1]。2020年8月，箭竹村以茶叶列入首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村[1]。
