历史沿革[edit]

村位于环东、环西之间，故名环中。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

全村辖32个村民小组，在册766户、3720人，总面积10平方公里，耕地1600亩，上一年农村经济总收入1100万元。[1]2019年9月，环中村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2026年3月，认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
