建桥村是梅州市丰顺县建桥镇的镇中心所在村，村委设在农民街，206国道从两侧经过。[1]建桥围是村内的古围，2013年列入第二批中国传统村落名录。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网记，村因位于建桥镇中心地带而得名。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

全村辖31个村民小组，在册873户、4611人，总面积12平方公里，耕地1900亩；特色收入有沙田柚，上一年农村经济总收入1200万元。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

建桥围面积约1平方公里。它于2009年进入第二批广东省古村落，2013年又获评中国传统村落。围的平面外圆内方，东南西北各开一门，外有护城河，保留3街12巷的格局，现存元、明、清三代建筑遗迹。[2]据百度百科，围内张氏由张德达自福建上杭迁来，聚居逾600年；祠堂现存9座，光大堂为其一，另有清代私塾遗址；科举上出过举人4人、贡生14人，留有石楣杆7支。[2]每年农历正月十三，围内举行光大堂十世祖仰云公的诞辰庆典。[2]百度百科的建桥村条目则称村建于崇祯十三年，即公元1640年，与上述聚居年数不一致。[3]
