庆瑶先后为庆瑶乡（1986至1987年）、庆瑶村（1988年）、庆瑶管理区（1989至1998年），1998年10月改设庆瑶村民委员会[1]。

人口与经济[edit]

在册384户、1750人，总面积6平方公里，耕地698亩，经济作物有水稻、香蕉[1]。

荣誉[edit]

庆瑶村在2019年9月上榜「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单，2026年3月又被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」[1]。
