澄坑村是广东省梅州市梅县区石坑镇下辖的行政村。[1]据博雅地名网所记传说，早先此地住过澄、陈两姓，温姓迁入后这两姓外迁，后人为纪念他们而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网所列沿革如下：旧属程乡县的石坑堡，入民国后仍在石坑堡，县名改梅县；新中国成立后，1950年划入梅西区下的石坑乡，1958年成为公社，1984年改区；到1987年设立澄坑管理区，1999年又改为村委会，直到现在。[1]
