明山村是梅州市梅江区西阳镇所辖的一个行政村。村坐落在明山嶂顶的北侧，故名明山。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年，明山大队成立，归梅县西阳公社；1960年白宫另置公社，该大队改隶白宫公社，同年与嶂下大队合并为嶂明大队，1968年又分开。1983年改称明山乡政府，隶梅县市白宫区；1986年设村民委员会，1989年易名明山管理区，归梅县市白宫镇；1998年再改称明山村委会。2003年白宫镇并入西阳镇，该村随之划归西阳镇；2012年划归梅江区。[1]

  • 2019年9月，明山村名列2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
  • 明山村以雪莲果为特色产业，2020年8月入选广东省首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村。[1]
  • 明山村列入广东省乡村治理示范村（2021年度）创建单位，由省乡村振兴局于2022年1月确定。[1]
  • 2026年3月，明山村被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
