鲤溪村是梅州市梅江区西阳镇所辖的一个行政村。溪流曲折，形似鲤鱼，村名因此而来。据村情介绍，鲤鱼口朝西，右边邻莲塘村，左边邻完理村，鱼身在坪一、坪二村民小组，是一片宽阔的良田，鱼尾翘起呈八字形，一侧在杉山里，一侧在溜下；村民很早便在溪上建了三座陂头，水落成瀑，有「三响」之景。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年，鲤溪大队成立，归梅县西阳公社；1960年白宫另置公社，该大队改隶白宫公社。1983年改称鲤溪乡政府，隶梅县市白宫区公所；1989年易名鲤溪管理区，归梅县市白宫镇；1998年再改称鲤溪村委会，仍属白宫镇。2003年白宫镇并入西阳镇，该村随之划归西阳镇；2012年9月23日起属梅江区。[1]
