上仓村是龙门县地派镇辖下的行政村，早年属湖心一带。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年9月起归三区地派乡，1957年10月划到三区湖心乡，12月又属地派乡的湖心村。1958年10月它是左潭公社湖心大队的一部分，1960年9月改叫湖心公社上仓大队；1984年3月改乡，1987年1月设村民委员会，1989年10月称管理区，1999年7月改为现在的行政村名称。[1]

荣誉[edit]

广东省爱卫会在2021年12月授予上仓村「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
