镇郊村是肇庆市四会市江谷镇下辖的行政村，位于镇区周围，城乡分类为镇乡结合区[1]。

名称由来[edit]

1998年，四会市按广东省的通知要求理顺农村基层管理体制，镇郊管理区改设镇郊村民委员会。村在江谷镇的近郊，所以叫镇郊[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

村子在1950年叫付四村，次年起称高六社；1957年至1960年属江乐乡。其后作为镇郊大队存在到1981年，1982年至1985年改为镇郊管理区，1998年成立村民委员会，沿用至今[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2022年8月，镇郊村被定为「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」2022年度创建单位；2026年1月，名列广东省“百千万工程”典型村的第二批名单[1]。
