历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，全村710户，人口2496人，耕地1840亩，柑桔种植面积2904亩，蛇弯村、碓岩村被评为广东省卫生村[1]。村内瓷沙矿储量丰富，产品销往广东省内各地[1]。2018年，大布洞村入选「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」[1]。
