历史沿革[edit]

下街村民委员会成立于1998年，由原下街管理区改设，村委会驻地在下街村，村名由此而来。管理区之前是1983年11月设的下街乡（隶地豆区），而最早的前身是1958年的龙福一队，隶地豆公社[1]。

经济[edit]

博雅地名网记，全村人口1864人，耕地1469亩，柑桔种植面积2731亩，另有养鱼、养猪等养殖业[1]。2018年，下街村入选「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」[1]。
