罗董社区是封开县罗董镇镇政府所在的社区，位于罗董圩镇[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

“罗董”相传为壮语地名，“罗”指山冲，“董”指田垌，意为山野田垌间的村落[1]。建国初期这里先后经历乡民会、乡人民政府、初级社、高级社，至1958年成为生产大队，1987年设村委会；2002年因镇政府驻此，村委会改为居委会[1]。

经济[edit]

据博雅地名网，社区共623户、农业人口2800人，耕地3300亩，分水田两千二百亩与旱地一千一百亩，另有林地七千亩；人均纯收入4300元，种黄烟、柑桔、油栗和花生[1]。2019年9月，它被列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

罗董革命烈士纪念碑在社区内的山坡顶，为纪念1950年牺牲的烈士而建[1]。
