新泽村是封开县白垢镇的行政村，临贺江，与大洲镇泗科村相邻，从白垢圩过去要走9公里，下设10个自然村，是白垢镇人口最多的村委会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名来自新泽与续岭两处合并后统称新泽。[1] 此地1961年组建人民公社，1983年随公社改区，原大队改设为乡，1987年起称村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

全村总人口2560多人，有耕地1670亩，另有林地37687亩。[1] 以水稻种植为主，也有一定规模的渔业和畜牧业；近年引进客商种植速生桉，林业收入成为村民的主要来源，村集体收入多靠出租林地。[1] 2019年9月，新泽村被列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
