历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，泰西村由泰西和龙潭两地在1950年合并而成；1958年立生产大队，1983年建乡，1989年改设管理区，1998年11月经县政府批准成立村民委员会（怀发〔1998〕20号）。[1]

荣誉[edit]

泰西村（沙糖桔）在2020年8月公布的首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单上；2019年9月，入选2018年度「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
