历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，水下在1953年成立生产大队，1987年划作管理区；1998年11月，县政府批准成立村民委员会（怀发〔1998〕20号），因驻水下营村而取名水下村。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，水下村入选2018年度「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
