山河社区是广东省肇庆市端州区睦岗街道下辖的社区，辖区有龟顶山，南临西江，故名“山河”。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

该社区由端州区人民政府以端府函〔2015〕84号文批准，于2015年设立。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月获确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」；2025年11月列入「广东省未来社区（完整社区）建设试点」名单。[1]
